They deceived me, I received a pre-approval from my bank(CAPITAL ONE) and they specified that they requested financing with them and they told me that it had been like that and it was all a lie, they u bank(CAPITAL ONE) and they specified that they requested financing with them and they told me that it had been like that and it was all a lie, they used another bank and they didn't tell me. Also, supposedly the seller signed what the monthly invoice and the final price would be like and then I discovered that the signed paper had no validity. I would not recommend the seller or do business with them. Was pleased with the amount of time it took for me to get in and out of the dealership was definitely displeased with the way service deals with the car that I purchased from this dealership. It had multiple issues when I purchased it and was told that the issues weren’t a detriment to its safety, therefore, would not be covered, which is pleasing to me being that I’m paying for a vehicle that was previously a rental vehicle and a dealerships themselves do not want to make sure the vehicle has no issues not that I have possession of it also promised accessory for this vehicle during the deal and a dealership did not want to complete their promise this is regarding the tent. I was promised on the vehicle during the deal and was told afterwards that I would have to come out of pocket for this. It would not recommend to anyone else as they are only interested in selling a volume of vehicles instead of making relationships with their customers More
