Recent two visits 2 separate cars and a new Service advisor to me but he's been at TOTB 10 + yrs. It was a pleasure working with Brandon A. today. Extremely knowledgeable and professional with both his communication and patience with his customers. During my time here noticed several other staff speaking with him as apparently a popular go to by many. I also gathered he has a positive rapport with the technician folks in the back. Both of these made me comfortable being assigned to him and I will ask to remain with him in the future. I have been with this location over 20 yrs so on the particular side and have to say when time comes around to take in one of my cars, it's almost always a comfortable experience. Otherwise, I speak up and they are always communicative and professional throughout. More
