Terrible service, I could clearly notice how they only care about you spending your money instead of just getting the job done. Last time I went there, I had an appointment and I was told I had to wait care about you spending your money instead of just getting the job done. Last time I went there, I had an appointment and I was told I had to wait 3+ hours. Then I made another appointment, and I was told that I couldn’t get my tires neither rotated nor balanced because I had to buy new ones. I told the guy that I wasn’t buying the tires that day, and then he said that I could leave. And i asked if they could at least do the oil change and he replied that it wasn’t needed until i reached 41k miles (my car was 40.2k miles when i went there) its so absurd that they didn’t want to do anything just because I refused to buy tires in the dealership. Terrible service, unfortunately not coming back here. So sad that you can’t trust any dealership nowadays More

The two stars are only because of the guy in charge of service center since he really did work with me and make things happen other than that the service advisor has a really bad attitude and doesn’t care service center since he really did work with me and make things happen other than that the service advisor has a really bad attitude and doesn’t care. I’ve replaced two tires and asked him to put it on the front when job was finished I find the tires on the back also the wheels are in a a very bad condition because of the grease they used to install the tires. No car wash was performed - when I brought this up to the sales advisor he said he forgot to tell them ! Again if it wasn’t for the guy in charge I would give this place a 1 star it’s been terrible recently. I will attach pictures of the tires and wheels if this lets me. More

You are not a valued customer here if you are not buying a brand new car! Bought a used car and it had “minor damage” on the car fax which wasn’t a deal breaker for me. However, this car has had more than m a brand new car! Bought a used car and it had “minor damage” on the car fax which wasn’t a deal breaker for me. However, this car has had more than minor damage and I was lied to because Harry supposedly personally knew the person who owned this car and it was only hit by a grocery buggy. Definitely not the case, as whoever leased this car definitely didn’t treat it as their own and was careless. Found several dings and scratches that the dealer refused to fix (with the exception of 1 major scratch) because “it’s a used car”, and there’s loose glass stuck in the back hatch of the trunk, so I know it was more than a grocery cart or other “minor damage”. Not only that, my husband picked up the vehicle for me because I was out of town, and it was filthy (not detailed) and someone who either fixed the cooling mechanism in the seat or the bad scratch on the driver side decided to cut a complete rip in the windshield tint on the left side. With having to pay over $300 to have the tint fixed, the glass in the back hatch, the car not being detailed or filled with gas upon departure (literally right below a quarter tank), I’m highly dissatisfied and will never come back here EVEN for my free oil changes. I was told that I would get a free 3 month trial of SiriusXM radio and I have no free trial because it won’t let me listen to any stations. To top it off, the battery in the key fob went dead after only having the car for a week, the tires are solid black and they replaced only one of the lug nuts on each tire with a silver one among all the other black ones, AND when they put the tag on, they stripped the mechanisms where the screws go in, so they weren’t screwed in all the way and I thought something was hitting the back hatch or roof of the car for 3 days and it was the tag! Between the financing issues of the price being higher on the buyer’s order than on the sticker of the car and all other issues I am having to take care of on my own, I am highly upset about this car buying experience and will never come back. I don’t even know if I’ll ever deal with another dealership ever again. I’d rather buy private than deal with this treatment all because I’m buying used (which mind you, I still paid over $41k for so it’s not like I only spent $18k or something). So frustrating! More
I paid top kbb for a 2016 expedition that had multiple issues, accidents i was never made aware of, reached out and never heard back, paid 400 dollars for the westherstripping on the trunk that was all to issues, accidents i was never made aware of, reached out and never heard back, paid 400 dollars for the westherstripping on the trunk that was all torn across the bottom, the clicking actuators for the air conditioning, and the glitching backup camera. Definitely not doing any maintenance to used vehicles just slap a price on put it on the lot. More
