I thought he was my tech and I proceeded to tell him about my concerns after wasting my time. He said wanted to put me in aHybrid. What? If I wanted a high preassure salesman I would have walked into the sales department and not the service center. I was very disappointed with my visit. Btw your employee turn over is awful everytime I go in for service there is a different person you can never create a relationship with any one tech. . More
