I bought a car from Toyota of Tampa Bay online on a Saturday my money was gone on Monday, I had to call them to find out what was going on then they blamed finance dept. I had made it clear I was renting a car this whole time and this needs to be expedited,needless to say I didn’t hear anything til Tuesday week 2 so finally someone says let’s use Mavsign and they came out and what was promised wasn’t what was on paperwork so we did a digital signature again.my driver was waiting to pick up the vehicle and they gave him a hard time so after all that the vehicle got picked up Tuesday got it next day almost three weeks after purchase but wait there’s more upon looking over the vehicle and waiting all this time my car had a tow hook in my bumper and no cover wires hanging in the trunk and they promised 200$ towards my rental absolutely nothing! I don’t think I’m asking to much that when you make a big purchase it should be a hassle,worry free stress free experience with exceptional customer service and not a drag xxx who’s doing what environment where people promise and say things and don’t correct mistakes that costing me the customer more money and time I told them about the review my sales person could care less!!!!! So I hope this helps the next hardworking customer who wants to buy a car. More
