Told it would take 2 hours for oil change, and it took over 4. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes so I got an Uber back and it took another 2 hours. Gabriel was very pleasant and seems to enjoy his job. I came there to see a vehicle that I had seen on line in your inventory. He took me to the lot to see the RAV4 Hybrid.
