Overall service was good -- unexpected surprise when I went to pick up my vehicle and they told me I had to pay 3% credit card fee to pay my over $3k bill. Felt I wasn't listened to and was pushed into a car that was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader was not of my choice. At the end of the process I left without any of the paperwork (contract) I signed. Father called the financial services leader (Nidal Hatoum) and was ignored, still no contracts. This seems totally inappropriate. Drove car off of lot with a red light flashing, did not know what it was turned out to be malfunction of airbags and restraints. Now I'm afraid to drive it. Father is bringing it in for service. Not sure who to contact for lack of copy of contract. More
