I absolutely resent that when I pull into the service drive, I am immediately met and told they are going to check my windshield and that if there is even so much as a little divit, that my windshield mu drive, I am immediately met and told they are going to check my windshield and that if there is even so much as a little divit, that my windshield must be replaced. Had I replaced my windshield on first visit to service, I would be replacing it a 2nd time, as I have a new divit from a rock from a truck. You all are doing nothing but driving up my insurance costs. You aren't telling people that if they file, their insurance will probably go up. I am contacting the insurance for the State, as I believe this is a horrible practice. A windshield should only be replaced if it actually has any spidering or a serious crack. There is a frickin car on the road that doesn't have some sort of dimple in their windshield if they actually drive their car. STOP THIS PRACTICE. Stop driving up my insurance. More
