My service rep Austin Carr was great, 5 stars. The 4-stars 'overall' rating is just a statement on how far things have fallen with what used to be standout customer perks. Namely, the upstairs customer lounge is gone, replaced with an employee break room. Second, a 3% surcharge is applied to all service paid for with a credit card. It makes the effort to stick with the dealership for all service work (paying the higher prices for dealer-caliber work) not much worth it anymore; might as well go to the local repair shop down the street.
