Toyota of Smithfield is a busy, pleasant place with very attentive and capable staff. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that they listed the truck for sale nearly a week before their service dept had attentive and capable staff. Our amazing sales associate Mustafa heard our sincerity and frustration and worked closely with us to give us the opportunity to purchase the truck. He was checking in with us daily to give us updates and so very kind and thoughtful throughout the process. He worked with us even after the sale to try to get trailer light connectors, and extra tie down clamps.
