I had a 9:15 appointment for a tire replacement and inspection of the other 3 tires. The new tire did not have a tire stem cover. I paid $187 for this. They should at least put a cap on the tire and the tires that needed them. There is at least 1 other that I noticed that needed a cap. These caps are 4 for $1 at AutoZone. The dealership could afford to include these. I also had to wait 3 hours for a simple job. My Service Advisor Anthony was the only good thing about the service center. More

I fully expected to NOT purchase a vehicle during this visit. Based on my visits with other dealerships (Chevy, Ford) I didn’t expect my pricing and trade values to be met.
