Great place to buy a car. Wasn't sure which model we wanted but sales person, Eric, showed us and drove us in several cars so we were able to make an informed decision. once we settled on a Camry and ch wanted but sales person, Eric, showed us and drove us in several cars so we were able to make an informed decision. once we settled on a Camry and choose a color we were able to take the car home the same day. The Business manager Henry was able to accommodate our finance needs and got us on the road in time to pick the kids up from school with a new surprise. Thank you colonial Toyota for making a car buying experience an enjoyable event More

I have had some negative experiences with some other local dealers that really left a me feeling a little apprehensive about the whole car buying scenario. My whole experience at Colonial was excellent from start to finish. Ben walked me through the entire process, which was done with such ease I was amazed!I also dealt with Abed in the finance department. He was extremely informative and very easy to work with. I would recommend Colonial to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle,it was really refreshing to deal with such great people! More

Dealer was exceptional in helping my wife and I in our search for a new car. They were very friendly and helpful, and spent more than enough time helping us decide which one was best for us. Also explai search for a new car. They were very friendly and helpful, and spent more than enough time helping us decide which one was best for us. Also explained all financing options and trade ins. We went to numerous Toyota dealers in Rhode Island, and the people at Colonial were the best by far. More
Brought my car in for service, and found the dealer to be extremely pleasant and helpful. They did what they said they were going to, and the cost came in just below the estimate I was given. These people lie and condescend, take two hours for an oil change, and charge through the nose while trying to scare you into getting unnecessary work done. Bought my 2002 Prius in for an oil change. oil change, and charge through the nose while trying to scare you into getting unnecessary work done. Bought my 2002 Prius in for an oil change. Not only did the oil change take two hours (!), I was told that the brake pads were worn down metal to metal and that I would need to get new front calipers, rotors, and brake pads and that it was a SUPER SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. This seemed strange since they would've noticed the pads getting worn at the oil change previously and had me replace them before they got totally ground to the metal. They also wanted $1,150 for the whole thing, so I informed them that I would have to get a second opinion and shop around, they made sure to tell me that Prius brakes are special (they are, but not so special that somebody else couldn't replace them) and that if I did get the work done somewhere else they might make a mistake and then I'd have to get the electric battery replaced, which is (they claim) 6,000 dollars -- but I know it's actually more like 2-3,000. When I got the paperwork back I noticed that the story had changed to: "Pads almost metal to metal. Recommend both from calipers due to mileage. Vehicle will need new brake pads and rotors also." I also noted that the tech who actually looked at the car wrote that the pads had 4 mm left on them (in black ink) and someone had conveniently filled in with blue ink that "caliper seized, requires immediate attention!" Basically, the car will need new brake pads sooner rather than later, and they want to scare me into paying over a grand for an entire brake job. No thanks, I'll take my car to the mom and pop down the street and have them replace the brake pads for MAYBE $100. More
The folks at Colonial Toyota were fantastic! They were very friendly from the outset, and throughout the process of buying the new car. They were also very helpful and understanding, helping us figure out very friendly from the outset, and throughout the process of buying the new car. They were also very helpful and understanding, helping us figure out the logisitics of moving to Michigan shortly after purchasing the car (e.g., getting it registered in a different state). The even threw in a remote starter at no extra charge! More
My girlfriend and I were advised to visit this dealership before signing a deal we had on two brand new Mazdas at a local dealership. Following this advice we made an appointment with Ben and went down. Grea before signing a deal we had on two brand new Mazdas at a local dealership. Following this advice we made an appointment with Ben and went down. Great advice. From the moment we walked into the dealership (which was very late in the day) we were treated like royalty even though they knew ahead of time that we were looking to spend as little as possible. We had no fewer than 5 people working with us that night. Never did we feel that we were playing the "dealer game", there was never "I'll have to talk to the manager" or any of that other horrendous stuff I have been through so many times before. Right off the bat they had doubled the trade offer that we got on one car from the Mazda dealership and significantly increased the offer we received on the other trade as well. Instead of the normal progression of the purchase price going up as the deal went further, our price kept going down. We ended up saving $50 a month on the price for two vehicles which was about a 15% discount. We also had some complicated financing and out of state registration/insurance issues. The business manager, Henri worked very hard getting it all set and succeeded. I felt bad for pestering him over the following 3 days after the original visit but he never seemed annoyed or put out. Bob talked to our insurance companies and got the insurance all set with little effort from us. When we went to pick up the vehicles we were treated to a great surprise when we were told they had installed remote start/keyless entry/alarm for us without us even mentioning that we wanted that! That was the icing on the cake for us. We are genuinely sad that we will be moving soon and wont be able to get our next vehicles from these guys. The dealership itself is very impressive itself with a huge and immaculate service area, great layout on the sales floor and an easily accessible lot to view cars on. This review might seem too good to be true but honestly it was the best car transaction I have ever had and that is after 15 years of going through the normal dealer games that always makes you feel like you ware being taken advantage of. Even if they had given us an offer that was slightly more than the Mazda offer I would have felt more comfortable going through Colonial because I truly felt that I would be taken care of long after I drove off the lot. You need to go here and see for yourself, trust me. More
