I tend to be a demanding customer, this didn't seam to faze them in the least. If I asked for something they worked with me to get it. I would recommend this dealer to any of my friends or relatives (I drove 1 1/2 hours and would do it again). Thanks again for the help, I am no longer a "pissedcustomer", well not at this dealer anyway :-/. More
Great sales guy I worked with Mike Norwood and he was very helpful. I knew went in early in the week to kick the tires and understand my options. Mike didn't call and hassle me during the week, he was honest and straight forward. I had a little interaction with Justin but he was also very polite and down to earth. I'll be honest to say this was my first experience buying a new car and either everyone is using hyperbole to describe their interaction with the car buying process or times have changed. I did my homework and asked for a fair price and feel like I did okay and am very happy with my car. I will say that the computer system took a long time to print my information which is what lost a star. Mike had me in and out signing paperwork very quickly. More

They failed inspection for something which is not even broken. Their mechanics just sit doing nothing because if the horrible service, and try to find something from your car which you don't even have to worry about. I took my car to different mechanics and they told me that nothing is wrong with that part and told me just go there and explain. I called service manager and he told me he will give an estimate tomorrow, since one week every day he calls me and gives me an estimate - still waiting for service manager Mike's phone call. DO NOT EVEN come close to this dealership - they will RIP YOU OFF. I have serviced my 2 cars here and NEVER EVER will go back. Try Fox Toyota on Rt 44 - you will not regret. More

Izzy Loynds was awesome to work with and ultimately we bought a Toyota Highlander and we love the car! During the buying process, my two small children were acting up, like kids sometimes do and one of the workers, Antonio Rivera, helped us out with a couple of balloons that saved the day for everyone there. Also, today we went back to Colonial Toyota today due to a small incident that took place when a dog put their claws down the side of the driver-side front door. 8 dog claw marks on a car less then a week old. I spoke with Izzy L. and in turn she spoke with the service manager, Justin Desautels, about the incident. They had me come in the next day and they had Brian Lopiore buff the scratches out perfectly! I was looking for any imperfections and they were none. Justin D. and Izzy L. said it was free of charge as a good will gesture. Thank you Colonial Toyota, I will recommend you. More

Ripped me off Service department didn't check that alignment was done already and charged me for alignment second time when car was serviced at 45000 miles. I recently leased a 2014 Sienna XLE AWD few days ago. I am disgusted and absolutely disappointed at the quality of service. On 2/7/14 is when I met with John and Abed and committed to the lease. I wanted w am disgusted and absolutely disappointed at the quality of service. On 2/7/14 is when I met with John and Abed and committed to the lease. I wanted white color and was told by Eric that it would take few days to get it and they gave me a rental since my previously leased vehicle was returned. I kept on calling and leaving messages for John to see when my car will arrive. I never received a call back with that information. 2 weeks went by and finally John called me and said that the car has arrived. I was out of town for a week and could not come and was constantly pressurized to come and if not incentives might change and I will not get the good deal that I was getting. I was able to go on 3/1 and finally signed off the paperwork and then picked up the van couple days later. Within the first 3-4 days, I found out that my wife was not comfortable driving such a large vehicle and I tried to call Abed several times for options to terminate lease and left him 3-4 messages on 3/5 but never got a return call. I called and left more messages on 3/6 and no return calls again. My wife called dealership upset that same day at night and complained about this. All of a sudden Abed calls me at 8:20 pm, I explain him my situation and he tells me that he will look into this and call me next day. No surprise that he never called me next day. I called and left message the first time but no call back. I called a 2nd time and he picked up the phone. He tells me to come Saturday 3/8 morning and he and his manager will talk to me and discuss options. I go there on Saturday at 11 am and Eric tells me that he is busy, has few people ahead of me which I understand. Eric tells me that it will be about an hour which I was willing to wait. Abed comes out and tells Eric to assess my van and figure out trade in price and new price for a RAV4. Eric tells me that he will work on it that same day on Saturday or Sunday and will call me back. And guess what, like everyone else he also did not call me back. I was so disgusted and fed-up by everything that I just decided to go on Monday, pick up my new plates for the Sienna and be done with Colonial and never do business with them again and never to recommend anyone else to them. When I went to pick up he plates, Eric has the nerve to come up to me and tell me that he wrote my phone# down wrong and that's why he couldn't call me which is so wrong. He never asked my phone# on Saturday when I went there. My # is everywhere in your system. I wasn't determined to return the van, I was just looked for some answers so that I could make an informed decision. Only thing I can say is, I came to Colonial Toyota since they are local and I also leave in Smithfield. But after the whole awful experience, I am so sorry that I every went there in the first place. lastly not that important, but the odometer statement said 96 miles, and when I got the vehicle it had 175 miles but nobody even told me or provided me explanation on this More
