Maintenance department is huge chaos and sales aren't much better. I was getting ready to buy a Avalon from them today that we had negotiated for few days . I received an E mail from them at last minute while we were heading over there to sign that this car had just been sold to other person for few hundred more. Only things is ; they just lost another local RI customer who has been doing regular minivan service there for years . I guess the left hand is not communicating with the right hand - Nobody cares!!
