I purchased a Toyota Venza through Toyota Smart Path. Was going to pick up the vehicle from Toyota of Smithfield. They told me that they had already sold my vehicle to another customer! I purchased a used car in September. The body shop has no clue what they're doing. Right rear corner must have brushed a yellow pole. They couldn't get the yellow paint off the bumper cover. The stone guard applique was torn on the right from wheel well. Told the salesman I would take care of it. He kept picking at it and made it far worst. They made it even worst and then tried to buff it out. Turned the whole thing black. Nice car, runs week so far. Don't know why they charges full price for brakes and tires. They're the dealership. AND then one week after the warranty was up, the battery died. I didn't appreciate that when I went to pay for everything, they had automatically added in the highest warranty, and then tried to charge me for the inspection sticker. State law, the dealership has to inspect it. And then, they charged me for the title paperwork. I registered it myself. Apparently, the parent organization, Balise, is all about the money. Service is slow. They have a rapid employee turnover. Service forgot to reset the maintenance warning. I had to find the low tire myself and reset it. Really not sure I should go back to them for anything. They still can't find the issue with another car, the front end. Something locks and then releases with a very loud bang. The tire store heard it. I think because it's part of the drive line and under warranty, they don't want to hear or see it. I'll most likely have to find the issue myself. It could be an axle. More

I had an appointment and had been waiting over an hour and they have not even taken my truck in. I asked what is going on and someone came out and got my truck. I waited for about another hour and walked outside to take a phone call and noticed that they on "moved" my car to the side lot where i could no longer see it! They didn't take it in! I was upset that they would be sneaky and just move my car to appease me. It took 3 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for! Rediculous...Every time I went, I would wait for ever...The are the worst dealership that I ever encountered. I gave them a second chance and put a deposit a new truck from them 10 months ago...When I called to check on the status, no one called me back, not even the manager Mike. I could not get answers until I had to go there and ask what's going on? 10 months later. I spoke to a so called manager named "Mo". He was absolutely useless and did nothing to help and could not answer the questions that I had. All he did was take me in a closed office so the other customers could not hear of my complaints. I understand that production is slow right now, but to not communicate with your custome, or have the decency to call them back?...shameful. I've never had an experience worse than these folks. Every time went over the past few years they were a dissapointment and a joke of a dealership. More

Absolutely horrible, over an hour for a simple oil and filter change. When asked my service advisor Kari could care less judging by the expression on her face.
