Renee was great! However regarding the dealership I didn’t like how there wasn’t much for inventory. I would’ve loved to test drive it and drive off on the same day.. I was there for almost 2 hours and a portion of that was them trying to find a specific employee to start the paperwork. More

Everything went fine except for the financing. It’s hard to believe that I couldn’t receive a better interest rate especially with the large down payment with my trade in.
