Harrison was honestly a great salesman. He responded in a great timely manner, made sure we were comfortable and made the process of buying a vehicle not stressful. Not only was he meeting our needs as a first time customer but he went above and beyond helping others. The only downside I would have to touch on is the customer service with the financing department. Comments and remarks that were made not to us but in a ear shot of us, the professionalism can add a touch, and the lack of communication was the downfall. We have the loan officer a day or two to respond but it was 4 or more days and if the person did, we had to contact our sales person with every issue that was not taken care of, and that’s what made Harrison an above and beyond customer service recommendation! Can’t thank you enough! More
