They immediately took action to help resolve, they communicated clearly, quickly and honestly, and were more than fair with their resolution. I’ve recently worked with John and Justin, they are professional, kind, helpful and fair. I’m a savvy consumer and I don’t normally write reviews, but after my experiences with both sales and service I wanted to let others know this dealership has been great to deal with! Harrison was very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. He was patient in answering our questions about different car models, allowing us to test drive the vehicles several times. The warranties were explained fully (Nicole and Harrison). At no point did we feel pressured --none of the "car salesman hard sell tactics." Liked the fact the certain maintenance services are included. Extended warranty was also generous. Overall very satisfied with this dealership and the staff we had dealings with.
