I would not recommend this dealership for service. I bought a new car from them and I called and made an appointment for service. When I was on my way to the dealership they called me and canceled. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was on vacation. I then just took my car to another Toyota dealer in North Kingston and they serviced the car and treated me as if I had bought it from them. My family has bought four cars from this dealership in the last two years. I would give them two stars but someone tried to call me yesterday from Smithfield Toyota, and it wasn't the manager I'm still waiting for that call! More

Everything went fine except for the financing. It’s hard to believe that I couldn’t receive a better interest rate especially with the large down payment with my trade in. Renee was great! However regarding the dealership I didn’t like how there wasn’t much for inventory. I would’ve loved to test drive it and drive off on the same day..
