I recently purchased my new Prius from Toyota of Seattle through their Internet Department. Monica and Mike were a pleasure to deal with. The reasons why I have given a very poor rating to Toyota of Seattle is because it was not up front about what it would charge for servicing my Tacoma pickup truck and because it made no honest attempt to re of Seattle is because it was not up front about what it would charge for servicing my Tacoma pickup truck and because it made no honest attempt to resolve my complaint. Toyota of Seattle’s service advisor, John Parker, was fine when we met & wanted my business regarding my 2005 Tacoma’s failure of WA’s emission test. The test results specified what the problem was and why my truck had failed the test. Only after I paid the bill & later reviewed it did I learn of some of the charges I’d be responsible for - an undisclosed (unless it was in the fine print somewhere) $139.95 inspection and testing charge and the amount of Toyota of Seattle's labor charge for the work. All totaled, over $400 including tax. I had trusted Toyota of Seattle to be fair and up front. Not so. I called Parker after I reviewed the bill. He called back; said he’d look into it & call me. No followup call from Parker. I called 2 more times. No followup calls from Parker. Not hearing from Parker I e-mailed the details of my experience to Toyota of Seattle and Elizabeth (apparently Toyota of Seattle’s service manager). Elizabeth replied & in her e-mail asked: “What did you expect to pay for this Service?” Not realizing her question was merely rhetorical, a statement not a real question, I replied thinking there would be some response and perhaps an adjustment of the bill. She never replied or called. Any genuine attempt by Parker, Elizabeth & Toyota of Seattle to resolve the issue - not good, not good at all; a waste of time and effort. I don’t recommend Toyota of Seattle & will in fact tell everyone about my bad experience. J. Jones More

Dont trust this guy with his slicke he owned a Prius and he does not. Told me he has a wife and kids, no. Everyhting out of his mouth was a xxxx lie. Dont trust this guy with his slicked back hair. He would not answer my questions, just kept badgering me and my wife. Kept saying "do you follow me? Do you follow me? This car is a great car, I won one, my wife and kids love it."" lie lie lie. Then they brought another guy over, Tea?, not sure of spelling. Hammered us and we left. I will nefver go there. Ripped apart our trade, told us it would cost them 1500 in serivce to get the car ready. Stay away. More
Unbelievable...had the exact car, color, make and model picked out, with money in hand and kept getting the run around, unreturned phone calls, promises to call in 15 minutes (which never happened), late r picked out, with money in hand and kept getting the run around, unreturned phone calls, promises to call in 15 minutes (which never happened), late return voice mails left with wrong numbers (they don't know their own number? come on....) and fictitious last names, --I'm not kidding. This happened over the course of two days, I finally just said kill the deal and they didn't care. Left a voice mail for the general manager, no response. I can only guess they are not interested in selling on the Costco program, which is what I called about. Either way, RUN don't walk from these clowns. More
Lin Loya the sales manager is dishonest. He plays games. I had everything in writting before I arrived...quote for the car total cost and everything. He told me to come on down pay and I would be out th I had everything in writting before I arrived...quote for the car total cost and everything. He told me to come on down pay and I would be out the door with my new car.... I was working with him because I could not get the says people to respond...Cash for Clunkers law made things busy for all the car dealers...so be it. So I walk in at 9 am while he talking to his sales staff...telling them what to say about why the cash for clunker law means they can get more money from customers. Really this is the government that is doing this not them.... After hearing that I should have been concerned...forshadowing. He then charges me 1000 more than I have been quoted. Now some of this was for options...so Ok I get that...they are not options I wanted but they do cost money. the other 700? that is because he said the car is now scarce because of the clunker law so he can charge me more. Scarce in 3 days? come on...He lied when he said come down and pick up the car everything is ready...I confirmed the price over the phone with the sales person. Same as I was quoted via e-mail.(one other thing Toyota was giving a slightly larger rebate than when I got the quote...he mention that as well when telling me too bad that we got you...) This is great dealer game...he had me stuck...do I walk out or do I get cheated....I got cheated and really hate myself for it...It was a new car for my wife...so... Lin Loya is a cheat....beware!!!!! More
