The car was advertised with 2 keys & rubber mats throughout- i had to make a second trip to get the mats but never got the one for the cargo area. Had to make an appointment for another trip to get the second 2 and get it programmed. They did not replace the carpet mat either. The first day i was there i was told directly by the salesman that the car had navigation ( it doesn’t) and remote start (it doesn’t). I was also told that if i didn’t want the tinted windows or rain guards the dealership could remove them. When my husband went to get key programmed he was advised they don’t so that. I have bad night vision and its hard for me to see in the dark. Well those tinted windows are making it worse. Had I known I would have looked for a different car. And to top it off someone from the dealership decided to mail me my registration that is only 1/2 printed. They must be 1/2 blind cause i got half a document- unbelievable! Besides the car smelling like cigarettes and i don’t smoke just adds to the lack of luster i have for your dealership More
