Had another problem with my right rear tire recently. Called Toyota of Scranton service department and they were able to get me in within 2 hours of my call. Met with John again and he was responsive and Called Toyota of Scranton service department and they were able to get me in within 2 hours of my call. Met with John again and he was responsive and happy to help me out. A quick update revealed I had a nail in the side wall of the tire. Fortunately they had the same tire in stock and were able to replace and get me back on the road within a few hours. Another problem solved! Great job! More
