Billy Mulligan helped me wonderfully and knew nearly every question I threw at him, and if he was not sure he would immediately verify his best guess rather than fib. We ended up trading in my '02 Saab for a RAV4 and a day later traded our '06 Land Cruiser for a Highlander. Billy really was a very knowledgable, friendly, and all around good man to deal with. We also met with the head of the service department Rick and Brenda, both of whom my mother raves about for the level of service they have provided for her Land Cruiser. We got a personal tour of the service / body shop which are extremely large, and appeared to be a very well oiled machine. Both Rick and Brenda could not have been nicer. More

While browsing on the lot, my husband and I came across a left-over 2011 new Toyota Corolla that we were interested in. Billy worked with us on the price and with our trade-in of our Nissan Sentra to make the deal acceptable and affordable. He even bought my 6-year old son a doughnut while we discussed the car and the Toyota Service Package. After the paperwork, which went smoothly, he went over the features of the car as we were ready to drive it home. It was the best customer service we've ever received from any dealership. We weren't even expecting to purchase a vehicle that quickly, but it was a great deal with great people on a great car so we quickly made up our minds about the purchase. While in Scranton, we planned on checking the RAVS out. We thought we would get the same horrible help we had two years ago. BUT, that wasn't the issue at all. Brad came up to us and immediately I liked him. When I like someone, I will give them my business. He was friendly and had a sense of humor to boot. He gave us a good price and we purchased a new car that day! I have recommended several people to Toyota Scion. In fact one of the people I work with visited on Saturday and is deciding to buy a used vehicle. He too said that the employees were very friendly. More
