One visit on 14 July 2012 for the 15K service, then back on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and on the 21st (by my choice) to get 4 new tires. The 15K service went exactly (smoothly) as expected - Russ gave me some tire options on the 14th, and his knowledge and recommendation matched my online research perfectly. The tire mounting was done extremely quickly, and the price deal with 4-wheel alignment and nitrogen fill/road hazard plan was very competitive. Yet another "no worries" service experience, with continued confidence in this staff and facility. More

I brought my new car at Toyota/Scion of Scranton early in 2012 and, in June, I brought it in for its first service. I live in another state but have relatives in the Scranton area. I ordered a part on-line and made my appointment for my 5,000 service visit. Both were done at the same time. No wait as I pulled my Van into the garage and spoke with an associate.
