We did purchase a 2012 Toyota Yaris. We had to have a new car brought in and we are mostly pleased with the purchase. We do believe that the quality and styling of the 2012 Yaris is not as nice as the 2010 m car brought in and we are mostly pleased with the purchase. We do believe that the quality and styling of the 2012 Yaris is not as nice as the 2010 model we also own. We were not totally happy with some additions that were made to the the base model Yaris by the other dealer. We would recommend that before a car is aquired for a customer (if it does not meet all of the specifications of that customer) that the sales people should call and ask before taking the time to move the vehicle. We asked for the addition of mud guards and the model that we ordered only has rear ones. The information and pricing for this accessory was confusing and inaccurate. The installation of the mud guards needed to be adjusted. Also additional keys were purchased and knowledge of the pricing and type of key for the model we purchased was confused and inaccurate. It seems to us that details of the car model were not known by the salesperson and the information was not readily available to her. Upon futher inspection of the vehicle once it was home we noticed that the service department did not inspect the fluid levels and there was a bees nest under the hood. It looks like no one at Scranton Toyota really looked under the hood of the vehicle prior to our purchase. We would have preferred to have more contact and and accuracy. I have been looking at Toyota FJ Cruisers for several years and saw a white 2011 certified used one on the internet at your dealership. Via the internet, I asked for an appointment. There was a polite message on my phone and I was asked to make another appointment. When I arrived, the Cruiser was near the front door waiting for me. I went inside and I mentioned my name and they said Taryn was my sales person. I met Taryn and she was friendly, knew all the details about the car and had my trade priced fairly. She had me sold.
