We called and after talking with Andy Noone, Sales rep, we were invited to look and test drive the Rav 4. After spending an hour or so with Andy my wife I decided not to look any further. We are first time owners of a Toyota and were sold on the Toyota Care and how professional Andy and other staff members treated us while we inquired on the vehicle. I realize it's only 5 weeks but we are very happy and pleased with our new Rave 4. Thanks to all and especially Mary Jo Preno for a delightful follow up phone call, your staff could not be nicer. We purchased a Toyota Corolla in April 2011. This was our first brand new car purchase in 15 years! When we were ready for an additional new car this past April, we returned to Toyota of Scranton and Ch our first brand new car purchase in 15 years! When we were ready for an additional new car this past April, we returned to Toyota of Scranton and Chris Wagner. We felt we had been treated very fairly on our first purchase and wanted to deal with Chris again. Chris and the entire team at the Scranton Dealership worked to make our new car experience very customer friendly. They seem to realize the investment you as the owner are making in their product and they take great pride in presenting you with the full package. There were many choices on the lot, but we ended up wanting a Rav 4 that Chris had to do a dealer exchange for. This was all done promptly. The finance package was put together and the signing was smooth and efficient. We have experienced Toyota service with our Corolla and know that the service dept is efficient and well run. All in all we have had 2 very positive experiences with Toyota of Scranton and most especially with Chris Wagner! More

My 2008 4 Runner came in for a check engine light on and they found the problem to be a defective gas cap. Being in warranty, there was no charge. buying a car can be a nightmare but Toyota 0f Scranton made the sale go as smoothly as you can ever think of. My sales person was Andy Noone who made me feel like family there. What a great place to visit and to buy a car.BTW they have a Dunkin Donuts in there if you need to sip on a coffee while you look! More
