Great place to buy a car. Never any pressure and always felt like my salesperson, Chris Wagner, actually cared. Purchased two cars from him and recommended him to several friends who purchased from him as felt like my salesperson, Chris Wagner, actually cared. Purchased two cars from him and recommended him to several friends who purchased from him as well. All agree he is excellent at his job. Recently had body work done after my car was in an accident. Again, the service was top notch. Lisa kept me informed all through the process. She was extremely helpful and handled all the details of the insurance claim. My first time to look at a car was last year at the 0% interest. Was not offered this percentage,Joe Gatto the manager, was involved. ? when I have a credit score of 760. Credit union called for me that day and yes, that was what should have been offered!! Not to Me! Credit union said they had the same problem with another member. So,no car. Tried again 7 months later. Same thing. Screamed at in the showroom. Oh, I DID want a RAV4. I could have afforded at 0% interest. I have worked full time for 17 years with good pay, good credit, but alas, no Toyota. Now driving a Subaru. No problems. Easy sell, no pressure and easy to deal with. I also looked at Honda, same thing. Would have bought there also. Also Pollack in Wilkes Barre, Motor World. Shall I go on? Toyota of Scranton lost out due to greed of manager and sales. I know you get commission on the loan, so therefore I got offered 3% loan on cars that were offered at 0% to others. Qualified buyer? Well apparently EVERY OTHER dealership from Scranton to Hazleton thought so. I was a Toyota customer for years. This experience left me cold. I do tell others about my experience. You have lost out on sales to other Toyota dealerships because of it. Next time, get your act together. More

My sister just recently purchased a Toyota from Garria and has done nothing but talk about how well she was treated by her and the service department on her first visit. Since I was unhappy with the fron and has done nothing but talk about how well she was treated by her and the service department on her first visit. Since I was unhappy with the front wheel drive vehicle I had I decided to take a ride with my sister to take a look at the Toyota RAV4. After meeting Garria and seeing and test driving the car I decided to purchase the vehicle. From the time I entered the show room with my sister till the time I left Garria treated us with respect. She listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me to choose the right one for me. As well I had to return the next day to finish up some business from the day before and again found her to be very helpful and answered any questions I had about my new car with professionalism and friendly service. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
