I was in a 2010 Yaris from Toyota Scion from a few years earlier, I found myself browsing the website looking at cars, thinking of upgrading to a better model. Tanya reached out to me immediately from onli earlier, I found myself browsing the website looking at cars, thinking of upgrading to a better model. Tanya reached out to me immediately from online. She was informative and knowledgeable, she invited me in to see the inventory. She matched me up with Garria. I stopped in and unfortunately on my first visit in, I was unable to make a purchase based on what was available (regarding monthly payments). My concern was my credit rating and my payments. (i had some unfortunate times which affected my credit and I already had a manageable payment on my yaris). Garria said she would keep her eye out and keep in touch. (I've heard that before, without much hope for followup). But being pleasantly suprised, I was contacted again by Garria, letting me know about a special zero percent promotion. She was supportive about my concerns, but knew I wanted to upgrade, she suggested I let toyota check out my credit status. I was approved!!! , I came in 1-2 days later, selected a new corolla and I couldn't be happier - the car is awesome!!! If Tanya had not made that initial contact, I would not be driving around in my Corolla. She was pleasant and professional. Garria was keen in staying aware of my needs and contacting me when your promotion matched my needs. Kudos to your management in acquiring and keeping great staff!!! More

I have walked into dealerships where the salesmen have paid no attention to me or were very indifferent to me & in a hurry to be done with me. This was not the case at Toyota of Scranton. My salesman, G paid no attention to me or were very indifferent to me & in a hurry to be done with me. This was not the case at Toyota of Scranton. My salesman, George, was friendly and attentive and listened to my needs right from the beginning. I hadn't meant to buy a Prius, but George convinced me that it was the car for me, and I think he was right. He & the finance specialist spent almost 2 hours with me that first day, and although I had not planned to actually purchase a car that day (I had just begun my search), they had me sold. Another customer stopped in to ask George something, and he praised George & the dealership to me, and I would, and have already, done the same. Even Mary Jo Preno, who I didn't know but exchanged a few words with in the ladies' room, was incredibly friendly, and everyone there that I've had contact with since has been the same. I feel very confident about my car choice and the dealership. I trust that it will do right by me, and that trust is very important. I also like the ToyotaCare, of course, and the year's warranty on the tires. I know that I can get answers to questions I have via the phone, as I've tried that, too. I can't say enough to recommend Toyota of Scranton. I can't see how anyone could go wrong. I'm glad I have my Prius, and I am glad that the dealership is there for me. More

Jeff had a rental and the paperwork ready for my husband an hour after I called and told him of the collision.
