Every time we have taken in one of our two toyotas for service we get ripped off. They always find extra work that needs to be done at a highly inflated price. An acceleration problem that should never have happened on a six year old camry was originally quoted at over a thousand dollars to fix, they did find a used part and charged us less but the problem should have been taken care of from the beginning. I had one of the cars in five times for brake issues and the issue was never resolved. They just kept charging more money each time, saying something else needed to be done and then insisting the brake issue was resolved when it wasn't. They replaced the back windshield on the camry and it rattles every time the car goes over 50 miles per hour. They are very polite but the politeness just extends to words not service. If they can squeeze an extra penny out of you they will do it. An extra couple of hundred is more likely. Next time one of the cars get recalled I will drive somewhere else to have it serviced. It seems as if the dealership gets trained in how to make additional monies off of the customers. When my two young adult children take the cars in for service the estimates just get higher and higher. They basically use scare tactics to insure that the money will be spent. No more Toyotas from Toyota of Scranton. More
I was particularly impressed by Garria Toth. She knew what she was doing, was able to answer all of my questions, helped me to figure out the financing options, and, in spite of being quite busy, she mad what she was doing, was able to answer all of my questions, helped me to figure out the financing options, and, in spite of being quite busy, she made me feel like I was a priority. I also appreciated the fact that she was not pushy and I felt that I was in control of the sale at all times and that there was no rush for me to make a snap decision. I also enjoyed my conversation with Mr. Sweeny (I can't remember his first name, sorry!), who helped me to fill out the financial paperwork. He was friendly and helpful. Overall, the best car-buying experience I've had so far! More

Even though I think I paid too much for the car, I still give a good rating to the dealership. Mr. Andy Noone was beyond reproach: professional, courteous and efficient. The only negative part of my experience was with Mr. Angelo Berretta, the finance manager, a smooth, fast talker who, in my view, was too eager to have me sign for the extended protection. He failed to mention a $100.00 deductible and the clause granting the dealership the right to utilize used parts for repairs. Had it not been for this I probably would have rated it Great! Bought a Sienna SE for $35,000. It did not have garage door buttons. My 2004 Sienna LE had three. I felt that this was bad form on the dealer's part, since I had been a loyal customer for 17 years. I subsequently leased a Camry XLE from Motorworld, which I would have leased from Toyota Scion of Scranton if only they were willing to meet me half way. I still feel that it is not unreasonable to expect garage door buttons in a vehicle that costs $35,000+. More

After my wife and I decided to to purchase the vehicle later that night we were able to e-mail Andy a fair offer that was accepted through e-mail. We made arrangements to complete the paperwork the following day. When completing the paper work the finance manager was upfront about all charges and everything was agreed to without a problem. More
