Mark and Jenna were beyond great to us. Took the time to show us all of our options and worked with us in our price range. I was researching online to purchase a used car, but knew that i wanted a reliable car. as i know my parents have both purchased cars through Toyota of Scranton i was researching online and upon requesting i that i wanted a reliable car. as i know my parents have both purchased cars through Toyota of Scranton i was researching online and upon requesting information Sue was quick to email and call me with regard to a Corolla that i was looking at. she was very helpful in finding a car that was in my price range as well as what i was looking for, she even helped to set me up with a sales professional, Taryn. Taryn was awesome. she answered all of my questions and when i stopped in at the last minute, she was ready and had the car i was looking at available for a test drive. Taryn helped me through the finance routine and was always calling me to keep me up to date on how the financing was going. when it came time for me to come in and pick up the car, she went out of her way to show the car to my father and to make me feel comfortable while I was waiting for Chris to go through the paperwork with me. Chris was also very helpful and very friendly. he went through all of the paperwork with me and answered all questions i had. Taryn was even kind enough to call me a few days after my purchase to see how everything was going with my new car. I was quite surprised as i have never had a follow up call after purchasing a car!! Overall i was very happy with my experience at Toyota of Scranton and I look forward to having my car serviced there and when the time comes to trade in for a new car, i will definitely be coming back to Toyota of Scranton of course with Taryn's help! Had our 2011 blue RAV4 "detailed," both exterior and interior; normal NEPA wear / tear and several winters' weather effects.
