My Rav4 was at the dealership for state inspection. They found my brakes were low and needed to be replaced. Once the details of financing were resolved I was then asked which color do you want? In the past, I have never been able to truly select the car I wanted in terms of color or ammenities. This sales experience allowed that to happen. I got the car I wanted in the color and style I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. How can you go wrong, The sales manager Joe Gatto made himself known to me and was helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Toyota of Scranton and ask for Taryn Burns or Amanda Tucker.
