I feel special when I drop my vehicle off for service. I don’t have to get out of my car until I’m in the building and the staff is so attentive. Customer friendly, even get a voucher for the in-house deli/coffee counter, which has good eats. Almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, seems a little long . Gave a $2000 deposit on a truck before it was built. Week later salesperson called to say they couldn’t sell it to me for agreed upon price because it was a stick shift and they wanted to raise the pric Week later salesperson called to say they couldn’t sell it to me for agreed upon price because it was a stick shift and they wanted to raise the price $3000 over what we agreed upon. Claimed the nearest other stick shift was over 200 miles away in a bordering state. I told them I found 2 about 50 miles away and their response was: “but there’s isn’t actually on the lot yet…” 1. They were on the lot so their facts were a complete lie. 2. My ordered truck wasn’t even in production yet, let alone on their lot. Threats to file a lawsuit and official complaint through Toyota got me nowhere. BBB complaint finally got their attention and offered to sell for original price. I said no so they lowered $1000 but asked if I would consider removing review from BBB. About a month later I noticed dents, paint chips, and rust on the roof. I couldn’t prove it came from them even though it was already showing rust but they offered to pay my deductible to have it repaired as long as they did the work. Their estimate…$9000. Ford dealership nearby with lifetime warranty on the repair was $1800… More
