Good car buying experience Went to Toyota to see what options I had with turning in my Rav4 because the lease was up. I always dread the whole car shopping experience. Upon arri Went to Toyota to see what options I had with turning in my Rav4 because the lease was up. I always dread the whole car shopping experience. Upon arrival, i was greeted by Max who would be working with me. He asked a few questions, showed me some vehicles and let me test drive the new Rav4. Loved it! From there Max went to work to make this deal happen. When all was said and done 2 1/2hrs later, i was leaving with a vehicle i loved and a price i was satisfied with. (None of which i thought would happen). Max was not giving up on making my pirchase happen. And he came through! I was very satisfied with this entire experience and even more happy that i did not have to car shop and go back and forth dealing with sales people. Max got the Oscar for being a great sales person. Great Customer care I was very happy with my recent service. Kevin handled my needs extremely well. The timeing for the work was faster than the estimate that Kevin gave to me. I am going to pick it up today about 3 weeks earlier than expected. Thanks to all of you for the good work and service.
