I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that the service would take one hour. I sat for 3 1/2 hours with no update on the status of my vehicle. I now have four Toyota of Scranton vehicles parked in my driveway. I would like to make special mention of DAVID GRIECO, a service advisor who went "above and beyond" to assist me with one of my vehicles recently. Mr. Grieco expressed sincere interest and thoughtfulness, served as an intermediary between me and the Parts Department, and attentively and expeditiously responded to all my questions. Mr. Grieco is a true professional and a worthwhile ambassador for Toyota of Scranton. More

We purchased a Highlander several weeks ago. We still haven’t met with the product specialist to go over the features. They stripped the thread and scratched car putting the plate on.
