Not impressed. I do not like the service advisor that has been assigned to me. He keeps suggesting all the "recommended" very expensive maintenance service AND says if I don't get it done that if there has been assigned to me. He keeps suggesting all the "recommended" very expensive maintenance service AND says if I don't get it done that if there is a problem, the problem may be denied under my Toyota extended warranty. Examples 1.) clean the AC vents for $100; fuel injection system cleaning for a total well over $300. If I got all of this nonsense "recommended" service, it would have been over $600 and I would be financially broke. I get the important work done... the tire rotations, the OIL changes, the air filter changes, etc... Your prices are also extremely expensive... I never heard of a fuel injection system cleaning costing well over $300. I am sure I will go bacvk to Hondas as soon as I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More
I bought a brand new Toyota from this dealership last August. I had two services out of four done and recently called about the getting the third service. My vehicle does not need anything done just a quick check. I enquired about scheduling an appointment for the next day. When I called and asked about an appointment before I can even say what I needed the woman on the phone was very rude and said that all her appointments were booked till the following week. I understand that no appointments were available and I have to wait but there is no need to be rude and nasty. And at least listen to my service issue. Needles to say I will not be bringing it back to that dealership. I also have warranty work on another Toyota vehicle. That also will go someplace else. More
