NO THANKS. They do not have a competitive attitude. Lacking in customer service. in short, incompetent. I have seen better, especially with a large dealership. I would definitely go elsewhere. Out of all the people involved in the start to finish operation that I talked with, only one guy out of 6 knew his job and did it well, and was honest and helpful. No complaints here. Arrived on time and was taken right into the service department. After a few questions were asked, Stephanie met me and took me to the service desk where she processed the paperwork and into the service department. After a few questions were asked, Stephanie met me and took me to the service desk where she processed the paperwork and informed me that my vehicle needed a alignment all in a matter of minutes. I was offered refreshments and waited in the comfortable waiting area. Upon completion Stephanie explained what was done and walked me to my car. It doesn’t get much better than that. Toyota of Scranton has great customer service and is a asset to the city of Scranton. More

I loved working with Brian, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was so good at what he does he likely could have upsold me to the higher trim package / model! =) I find it annoying that I ca knowledgeable. The recommendation for the dealership is due to the interactions I have had with Alyssa in service, Brian in sales and Ryan in Finance. I myself will likely not be buying a 4th car here. After the 3rd vehicle from Toyota of Scranton I am disappointed that there is no loyalty discount or perks... after talking to other salesmen / dealerships there seem to be better options in the loyalty department.
