The salesman, Brian Materese, was wonderful to deal with. There was a delay of 3 weeks on the “tech” commissioning of the vehicle. We had to return to the dealership to have the appt scheduled. Once that was done, there was no follow-up confirmation to let us know that the appt was set. Mark Thomas, the training manager, did an excellent job informing us of all the many tech things in the car and how to use them. More
I serviced my car there regularly since I purchased it there and the service I received on this last visit was exceptionally poor. I actually took my car without it being repaired because they were unabl there and the service I received on this last visit was exceptionally poor. I actually took my car without it being repaired because they were unable to tell me definitively the cause of cost. Very disappointed. More
