Having purchased 10 vehicles from Santa Maria Toyota, we were ready to purchase a 2021 Highlander Hybrid for my wife's car. Many issues are prevalent today due to the pandemic, car shortage, and the "chip" were ready to purchase a 2021 Highlander Hybrid for my wife's car. Of course, my wife wanted specific colors and extras adding to the burden. Fortunately we had Gabe Lopez as our sales consultant. Gabe contributed greatly to our initial order and throughout the delays, and unknowns, he kept us informed and encouraged. When the Highlander finally arrived, it seemed Gabe was as excited as we were. Gabe took time to introduce us to the car, spent much time to help my wife with the Toyota app on her cell phone, and took our photo with the new car. This was greatly appreciated! Two days after obtaining the car, Gabe called to see if we had any questions or other issues with the new car! Wow! Car is great, Gabe was (is) great, and the helpful staff at SM Toyota have been wonderful. As we drive our new car it is with a strong sense of satisfaction with the entire transaction thanks to Gabe Lopez and the folks at Santa Maria Toyota.
