I dont have a problem till this last visit, the rep Ivan told me there was a lot if thing wrong with my 2017 Camry who has 45,000 miles on her and that I missed a servicing...I have the good maintenance Bad told me there was a lot if thing wrong with my 2017 Camry who has 45,000 miles on her and that I missed a servicing...I have the good maintenance Badge because I havent missed anything..Ivan tells me I skipped a transmission flush in 2020, ..she probably had maybe 25, 000 on her...I never heard of a transmission flush, he wanted to charge me 2000 dollars plus an alighnment, I had new tires put on with you and I paid extra for the alighnment, when I got the report from the mechanic he said everything was good he said next time thing about a brake flush you guys just did my brakes and some rubber piece under the car looks like its tearing, she is in great shape inside and out and Ivan tried to make me think I was neglecying her, so next servicing probably will be at another dealership, who will be honest with me and appreciate a good customer...I bought my Camry in 2017 brand new paid cash for her anf my roomate bought a brand new IM as well and she's not happy either because they pulled the same crap on her, we take care of our Toyota's..this is Carol Wathey and I am going to another dealership because your people, Ivan lied to me. More
When I first called in to see if they had a Highlander with AWD and have the XSE Package, I was connected right away to Miguel Espino, the salesman. He immediately told me that there was the exact model I with AWD and have the XSE Package, I was connected right away to Miguel Espino, the salesman. He immediately told me that there was the exact model I was looking for and said that he’ll hold on to it until I arrived. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and was told that they are bringing the truck around. We test drove it and he was able to answer all of my needs. During the discussion, he was very fast at giving the numbers to me regarding the payments. He was constantly giving adjustments and updates to our payments. When deciding, he made sure to give me some space to do my calculations and critical thinking. He was respectful and patient with my decision making. Eventually, we came a deal and the entire dealership came together to give me a big celebration and made me ring their gong. Nathan Banuelos from the financial services, was very humorous, nice, and gave some stories about the time he had a Ford. He was very informative about the things to do once the signing was complete. Eventually, the car presented to me was all cleaned and presented with a huge red ribbon. Upon receiving the truck, the other dealer helped me set up the system and the app. Overall, Miguel and Nathan were good and helpful with the process. The Toyota of San Bernardino has a high chance of the car you need, or want, and highly recommend them for your next Toyota. More
