I have been coming to Toyota SB for 2 years now and this service experience was the most disappointing. When the car was finally ready, I was merely told to sign a bunch of places without being told how the service experience was the most disappointing. When the car was finally ready, I was merely told to sign a bunch of places without being told how the maintenance went. I would’ve expected at least “everything looks fine” if that were the case. Customers should not have to ask for that basic info and feedback. Additionally, when I returned to my car, I found that my floor mat in the drivers side had been seemingly thrown onto the passenger floors. There was detritus on my passenger seat. I found it extremely unprofessional that the floor mat not only was not replaced, but that my passenger seat was dirtied. On top of that, I had a pair of shoes on the passenger floor and it’s quite unsanitary to place a dirty floor mat on top of them. Lastly, my car settings were completely changed. I would think there should at least be some effort to return a customers car to its original state before returning, but not this time. Altogether a very unpleasant experience. More

It’s always easy to schedule an appointment, get a ride home and back to the dealership if needed, estimated wait time most of the time is a little longer when having recommended work done and having a las home and back to the dealership if needed, estimated wait time most of the time is a little longer when having recommended work done and having a last minute Dr. appointment scheduled too closed to my RAV4 service made me a little nervous BUT Todd and the team got it done within the promised time… Always a pleasure working with the San Bernardino Service Team!
