I braced myself by calling Toyota of Runnemede when I received a pre-approval letter in the mail. I prepared myself mentally for the oncoming “I’m sorry, but at this time, that deal is no longer availabl received a pre-approval letter in the mail. Instead, I spoke with Juan Pichardo who was extremely friendly and told me the requirements. He asked me if I would like to set up a meeting time. I told him I could come in today. He said he would be more than glad to see me. He informed me of the required documents that I would need to bring. Two hours later I met Juan. I was still a little apprehensive when I got there. Juan made me feel welcomed and explained the process in full. He was not pushy or demanding, but very helpful instead. Juan listened to me about the type of vehicle I was interested in. Within 10 minutes my application was approved. Juan suggested three different vehicles that I might be interested in. He asked if I would like to take them for a drive. Juan brought a 2015 Chevy Equinox to the front for me to inspect and test drive. Once outside he showed me all the features the SUV had to offer. We inspected the inside and outside of the vehicle. I took the vehicle for a drive and fell in love with it. Juan did bring up another SUV as well, however, my mind was already made up. We went back to his desk and within two and a half hours I was on my way home in my new SUV. Since I drove there alone I asked if I could leave my vehicle there until I could bring my son back to pick it up. I did not trade my old vehicle in, I was giving it to my son. He said absolutely and parked it in the lot for me. I went home picked up my 16-year-old son and told him the good news. I got a new vehicle for myself and he was getting my old vehicle. Juan made two people very happy today. I am extremely pleased with Juan and highly recommended that you ask to speak with him if you are looking for a new vehicle. I did not expect this experience to be so easy. Great job Juan!!! More
