Having a fleet of over 20 vehicles for my company and several more family vehicles, I have never had a worse experience with customer service and follow up. There was a miscommunication regarding the title and registration, and at first the on-site title clerk was going to fix the issue. Apparently she has since parted ways with dealership, and nobody ever contacted me to say they would not fix the problem. Nobody even followed up with me to provide the incorrect title, so I could go fix it myself. When I finally followed up in person at the dealership several times, it was found that the incorrect title was simply sitting in a drawer at the dealership. A manager Joseph Sabatini was extremely rude and dismissive. Toyota vehicles are great machines, but I would highly recommend you purchase yours from somewhere else More
