This is the third Toyota Corolla that we have purchased from Toyota of Runnemede. We have been pleased with the salesmen. This time we dealt with John Guarente. He was efficient in his presentation. Since we had an idea what we wanted, time was not wasted on unnecessary details. He quickly consumated the sale and we were led to the closing officer. At the time, we bought an extended warranty from Toyota. Shortly after, we learned that USAA, our insurance carrier, offered a much better deal. We went back in a week later and explained our situation. No questions were asked, no pressure to change our minds. The gentleman filled out the paperwork and within ten days, we received a full refund check. This says much for Toyota and their integrety. More
Dan is an exceptional sales person. He knows what he is doing, energetic, fun and funny, too. I hate buying a car because I never feel I can afford it but Dan helped make it less painful and also enjoyab doing, energetic, fun and funny, too. I have purchased 3 Camry LE's from the Toyota of Runnemede dealership. Two of those purchases were with Lisa Leonetti. In the past, I purchased a Toyota 4-Runner and a Camry Le from the Toyota of Runnemede dealership. Two of those purchases were with Lisa Leonetti. In the past, I purchased a Toyota 4-Runner and a Camry Le from the Toyota of Turnersville dealership. Although, they were very nice, I made my second purchased based more the vehicle then because of the dealership. However, I discovered your dealership and have been a loyal customer based on your sales staff, customer service and your service people. However, Lisa Leonetti is my main reason for returning again. I told her back in 2008, that I would follow her and purchase a car wherever she would go. From the first time I purchased a car from her, she had kept in contact from time to time either by a phone call or email just to check in and see how my car was running and to see how I was doing...Yes, the personal touch...She is not only professional but she makes you feel like you are a family member that she is there to help. I trust her opinions and recommendations always. I have been an insurance agent since 1996. I now work in the investment sector of the business an head of an underwriting department in a life settlement brokerage. So I am no stranger to sales and how a customer should be treated. Lisa's selling skills are so finely tuned that you do not feel like you being sold anything but rather guided as to the best possible purchase for your situation. Like we have a primary doctor and a medical specialist, I add Lisa to that list of the go to people to handle my car questions and needs. I would never presume to tell you how to run your business but I will make a suggestion here...This professional woman should be promoted to teach all new sales people on how to handle a customer. I returned to this facility despite having a lousy experience in 2003. I had received Nancy's business card in Toyota communications over the years, and held on to it. When the time came for a new car, I knew I wanted another Toyta and figured I'd give it another try. I dealt solely with Nancy. I didn't look back once. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very competent. Nancy was not pushy, overbearing, annoying, rude or arrogant like my 2003 salesperson. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. To say she was just awesome is putting it mildly. I felt so comfortable and special - like I was the only customer she had that day. She worked hard to meet my vehicle needs and my wants as well. Probably one of her most valuable assets is that she listens. When I left with my new car, I knew I had a great deal, felt confident in my purchase and, perhsps, a new friend. I feel I can call on Nancy at any time and she'll help me out, no matter what the issue. She has restored my faith in this dealership. Great job Nancy Lynch! More
