My friend and I walked into this dealership about 2 weeks ago looking at the minivans. We had the pleasure of working with Todd Boyer. He is very friendly not pushy. When we left I thought to myself " He sold me that car." We then went to other dealerships and didn't come in contact with the professionalism and friendliness that we had at Toyota of Runnemeade. Yesterday I came back with my husband and had the pleasure of working with yet another friendly and smart salesman named Jeffrey Mekal. He explained everything to me and my husband. I went to John and this dealer because he was recommended by a friend. I thought I was only going to trade my car for another used car to save on gas. We weren't planning on buying a car that night. We stopped in to inquire about a car that my daughter had seen. My experience at Toyota of Runnemede was a overall good experience. As someone who hates the lying that goes on to fanagle a good price, Toyota of Runnemede all but eliminated that fear during my buying ex experience. The only reason I did not give a rating of great, was the amount of time I waited after my paperwork was completed. I waited almost two hours for my vehicle to be ready after the sale. While I know that is not the sales rep's fault, I was still not pleased with that aspect of the purchase. More
