I have been interested in a new pickup truck for several months. When it comes to spending my hard earned money I demand value for every dollar spent. I purposely test drove all the other competitors before visiting with Greg Tomczak and Runnemede Toyota. He was very personable and professional. We took a brief test drive in a certified pre owned 2011 Tacoma. I was sold !! But I really needed a 4 cyl with the extended cab. Greg went to work finding my truck. We settled on a new 2012 Black Tacoma 4 cyl. Did I say, "settled", no, Greg made sure that he got me exactly what I wanted and at the price I wanted to pay. He further, bent over backwards to accommodate my very busy schedule and even offered to deliver the truck to my house and do the sales transaction in my kitchen. He made me feel like I would be taken care of in the event of any problems after the sale. I am an employer and I always tell my employees that the ultimate boss is our customer. I went to this dealership because I was referred by a friend of mine and saw a car that I really love while looking at the online inventory. I've always hated the experience of buying a car because normally, the sales person doesn't listen to what I say my price range is or what I'm looking for and I just leave aggravated. This is why my friend referred me to Nancy. My boyfriend, my son, and I went to the dealership and met with Nancy and told her what we had to work with and what we could afford. She never surprised us with crazy payments we couldn't afford and she was very friendly. She also interacted with my son while we were there. She got us into the car I picked out for a price we can afford. We went on Saturday and had to go back on Tuesday to sign and finalize our paperwork. When we got there Tuesday night, we sat with the manager and he surprised us with a better interest rate, lower payments, extended warranties for the vehicle, and even cut a month out of our payments. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely not only refer people we know there but return if we are looking to purchase another vehicle in the future. More
