own 2008 Highlander they replaced transmission,transfer case and more. The vehicle has a loud gear whine that was first determined by Toyota as being normal. After 3 tries and having the car for two weeks the problem is worse. The dealer doesn't have the expertise to fix the car and Toyota couldn't care if it is ever fixed. Toyota has fallen is quality and just gives lip service and hopes to wear you down and go away. More
