Well here it is: first of all I would never deal with anyone else there but him. He has helped me out more times than I can remember always being very professional & always with a smile on his face. Recently I purchased a certified Corolla & had issues with the trunk release inside the car. I had to have it in a few times to get to the root of the problem which Chuck did. He even had someone come to my house to pick up & return my car to me since I was laid up after having knee surgery. I want the management at Toyota of Runnemede to know that you have a valuable employee in Chuck & I for one would never deal with anyone else except him in service. Unsatified experience I recently bought a 2012 certified toyota highlander here at an evening time ,after a long hours of buying and signing paper, and I almost drive it ho I recently bought a 2012 certified toyota highlander here at an evening time ,after a long hours of buying and signing paper, and I almost drive it home without gas in the dark. The sale manger of used car dept wasn't a friendly staff to begin with, this dealer only gave me two keys with one remote, for all of the used or new car I ever had they always come with two remotes for purposes, in this case if I loose or something go wrong I ll be on my own inconvenience.Secondly, a car like that I thought it would have a set of weather tech floor mats like other dealer would do for their customer to appreciate the business .
