review of entire experience at toyota runnemede came in for general information. sales person - james - was too new to be of help. before leaving in disappointment, agreed to speak to james' supe came in for general information. sales person - james - was too new to be of help. before leaving in disappointment, agreed to speak to james' supervisor - mike - who turned the experience around - perhaps too well - because we did what we did not want to do - make a commitment before researching what we really wanted in a new vehicle. when we returned the next day, mike iintroduced us to hans who gave us more information about the vehicle we had chosen. hans was very competent and accomodating and we would definitely return to him for a re-purchase. the thing is, there is some buyer's remorse now that we have been able to look at the options that could have been available to us. but much of this is on us for succumbineg to the expert sales pitches. i would definitely return to hans and mike, as we had every intention to eventually make a purchase here. i just wish we had taken more time to customize the vehicle to our needs. (a big regret is not having an automatic rear door open/close). More

My husband's history with Toyota is: 1st purchase of a Rav4 in 2008, a trade-up in 2012 & then, again, in 2014, when I purchased my 1st Toyota, a Scion. We have never owned vehicles that gave such little trouble, none, actually. The salesman, Louis Glaspar, and the finance person, William diBernardino, were both perfect: personable, just the right amount of helpfulness without being pushy, making us feel as if they actually cared about us getting the right deal. The service dept. at Runnemede has always been very helpful, no matter what our need or request. More
