We went to Toyota of Runnemede looking for a 4Runner SR5. We entered the dealership from the back of the Philly Diner and quickly got trapped in a maze of cars. We were driving our Toyota MR2 Spyder in the used car section, clearly doing what we should not be doing, and making a K-Turn. Terrell noticed our situation and came over to help us. He introduced himself and directed us to the parking lot. Terrell was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he answered all of our questions. Terrell introduced us to the Highlander, a model, for some reason, we never considered. We ended up purchasing the Highlander Platinum. We LOVE it!!! The dealership was clean and welcoming. The Sales Manager Greg and Sharif from Finance were also great. We highly recommend this dealership! More

I dreaded buying a car because of the pushy and domineering atmospheres I have experienced in the past. I did not feel that here. Steve was the perfect salesman. Not pushy at all, just honest, to the point, and kind. A guy you would want to hang out with. The finance man, whose name I forgot, was so sweet and great. They never tried to push add-ons or anything else you'd dread when buying a car. Great experience, although exhausting and took so much longer than anticipated. That was not the fault of the great people working here, who were diligent and hard working. More
My 25k corrolla purchase had a 15k market adjustment in the window. obviously i did not pay it but had to listen to the managers ridiculous argument why your dealership does this. A few other salesman where smoking cigarettes right outside the door and leaning on my new car when i went to leave after a 5 hour torture session of buying a cheap entry level car. Your finance software is antiquated and needs to be streamlined. although the gentleman taking care of me was as good as one would expect given the tools he has to work with. Ben my salesman was fantastic and deserves a better place of employment, he was embarrassed and apologized for his fellow salesman’s behavior. He understood my concerns and addressed them in a polite and respectful manner. I may seek him out to be a part of our company. You’re extremely fortunate you sell cars in demand if not I’ve no doubt your business would fail because the way you go about business is a throw back to the 70s used car dealerships. More
I've been tracking a GR Corolla for months now. I was in contact with several area dealerships, personally visiting the ones that actually responded to me. Farrell and Raul were the only salesmen t I was in contact with several area dealerships, personally visiting the ones that actually responded to me. Farrell and Raul were the only salesmen to actually want to put me behind the wheel of one of these limited production vehicles. They honored their word in helping me out through the allocation, production, and delivery process. I finally took delivery last month after a few months of waiting and I am not disappointed at all. Very happy with my experience at the dealership. Looking forward to doing business in the future. More
