Toyota of Rockwall always takes care of me, three nights ago my skid plate come loose and one bolt came out. I swung in there last minute at 5pm. They took care of me without hesitation. The service department was great, but my service technician not so great. I only spoke to him and saw him when the job was done. The technician told me no problem I will let your technician know you're here. He never came to check me in, instead someone else did, and I asked that technician to please let my technician know that I had to cellphone, he said sure. Well my technician only communicated with me by text or email so I had no idea that there were recommendations until he said it was done and directed me to go pay. Not a single word about the recommended items. More

Went in for my routine service check. They were prompt, explained what they were doing and how long it would take.
