I went in for my 5000 mile maintenance that I had scheduled for 130p on Tuesday, Nov 7, 2023. I decided to go earlier at about 10am. I was surprised it was finished early! When I was driving home the message I kept getting kept repeating that I needed to see a dealership for my 5000 mile maintenance that I had done previously that morning. A friend of mine decided to call Rockwall Toyota service to find out how to update the message. He ended up speaking with Kasey in the service department. She very kindly asked him if he could use he cell phone to let her see the message on the information screen. Kasey walked him through the steps to update the message & did it concisely. I was impressed with her expertise & knowledge on how she knew how to correct the message. I was impressed of her sincerity to help correct my problem. I found her to be an asset to your dealership !! Kudos to Kasey for her knowledge & professionalism. More
